We had a great stay at FIG. They have complete amenities. Staff are great, the room is already cold when we arrived probably past 8pm. Big room and bed!
I think our only complain is that we arrived late after our tour, around 7:50pm, we jump to the pool after cleaning up ourselves but the staff told that the pool is open only until 8pm on weekdays. They were already turning off the lights. Hence, we really tried to end our tour early by the next day so we can swim in the pool. We saw another group of people were able to stay until 9pm. Yeah, just a bit unfair on our part. Still highly recommended.

Really love the location it's near in every tourist spot. Since I'm traveling with senior citizens it's perfect, you don't need to visit every spot since the resort has it's own pool and beach

The hotel is spacious, clean, and conveniently located, with a nice pool that adds to the overall experience.
However, my main concern is with the Garden View rooms, which are situated close to the road. Noise from passing vehicles - especially at night - can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep and rest. In my opinion, the hotel could consider sound proofing the front to improve noise control.
Additionaly, there was an issue with the sliding door lock in our room, which was not functioning properly. I reported this to tbe front desk, but unfortunately, no action was taken during our stay, even though this posed a potential security concern.
Overall, I do not feel that the stay offered good value for money given the issues mentioned above and facilities provided.
