Location and comfortable

Curtains need curtain poles as worried everything would fall down when opening and closing curtains

Good location, easy to check in. Also in the apartment was warm and cozy. The host was quick to solve any problem we had.

In the bedroom there was the central heating unit and at times it was noisy. Also I did not expect the room to be at a lower ground floor.

We liked the location of this property as it is right near Russel Square. It was an easy 20 minute walk to the theater district. It was a very quiet and safe area as we were walking late at night. The instructions for entering the property were fantastic. I don't always do well with lock boxes but these instructions were clear and precise along with photos. I printed it out at home so I had them with me when I checked in. Sometimes my phone doesn't work well in other countries so this makes it much easier for someone a bit older. The property was also very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have ever had in an airbnb.

We did have an issue with the wifi. We contacted the host and they did resolve it within 24 hours so we were very grateful for that as we did have some work to do. Other than that, we really didn't have any negatives.

La ubicación del apartamento

En relación al apartamento tanto la limpieza como el sofá-cama son mejorables. En el sofá no puede dormir una persona alta. Además no había un juego completo de sábanas para el sofá. La comunicación con el propietario es ágil pero tampoco resolutiva. El router estaba estropeado y nos dio los datos de otra red que no iba bien en todo el apartamento y además estuvo sonando la alarma de incendio durante todo un día.
