La limpieza, la falta de cuidado en los detalles, cortinas rotas, patio desordenado y sucio, entrada al edificio desprolijo descuidado , ropa de cama y baño, muy desgastada y usada, colchones incómodos , mezclador de ducha roto , en fin falta de cuidado en los detalles
