Great location.
Some stuff to improve, specially support from the owner. For example , the internet password that was marked on the router and documents was no longer the accurate one, once asked to the property manager, I was brushed off with no support . Please be aware there is a bar / restaurant at ground with significant amount noise at night until 1 am . Also, only one bathroom for the full appartment.
