apartment is in a good location, is spacious and modern.

1) the host did not share the access details, in spite of repeated requests. We had to ask Booking.com to intervene. 2) there was no kettle, so we had to use the modern cooker to boil water, which in itself had intermittent operational issues. 3) the apartment has 3 toilets but two of them have no washbasin, so we had to go to the separate bathroom to wash our hands. Whoever decided on these idiotic arrangements obviously lacks basic hygiene awareness. 4) There was no contact info for the host in the laminated instructions. 5) A welcome pack with some basics would have been a good gesture, as we arrived on a Sunday evening when almost all the grocery shops are shut.
