La situation géographique du logement, les nombreux équipements, la réactivité du propriétaire. Le ventilateur mis à disposition s'est avéré très utile en période de canicule.
L'escalier d'accès à la chambre est très raide. La cuvette des toilettes serait à changer.

Très bonne disponibilité pour l'organisation de l'arrivée et départ et durant le séjour si besoin. Bon équipement, très calme car excentré du centre, vue sur les montagnes.
L'accès à la chambre mezzanine se fait par un petit escalier relativement raide qui pourrait être compliqué si difficulté à se déplacer.

Les extérieurs ne sont pas du tout entretenus, manque pan de paroi de douche, pas pratique car sol mouillé à chaque douche.
