Comfortable for staying but not for cooking or parking.

Thoughtfully appointed and decorated. It was warm and cosy with a useful table for working it.

The major negative is the need to park the car in a side street, if any space can be found. Also some of the automatic lights guiding the visitor were not working resulting in dark patches at stairs and a tripping hazard. The sink is weirdly small such that cutlery and crockery couldn’t be washed and there were no realistic cooking facilities.

Super cosy and warm stay 🫶🏻

The property was super clean and super cosy. Helen and Barry were so lovely and came to check on us after a power cut and was super communicative with us through our stay!! Such a lovely experience for a surprise trip for my partner. An incredible location too, so quiet and so beautiful. Lovely places to eat and walk to !! Had such a lovely time thank you!! 🫶🏻

Everything was absolutely beautiful , I wanted the privacy I couldn’t get at a hotel and this was perfect. There were so many extras provided as well, the book selection was impressive and our 15 year old couldn’t put them down, not to mention the super soft lush bed and pillows. The room was warm at -2 degrees outside, so that was very much appreciated. The hand soap we actually took a picture of so we can hopefully order some for home. The owners were fabulous and the whole experience was pleasant and comfortable. It was the most enjoyable stay we’ve had in while.

Highly recommended

The cabin was amazing! It has everything inside so it is perfect also for long stays. Everything was very clean, warm and cozy. The bed is no less than wonderful, soft and comfortable. Barry and Helen sent us a very useful guide with tips for dinner and other stuff. Barry welcomed us on arrival and he was very friendly. Highly recommended.

A quiet and private sanctuary.

It was very comfortable, private and quiet. My haven for a week. I would certainly recommend The Cabin. Helen and Barry were attentive hosts.

No parking, but then, that is Bradford-on-Avon! I usually found a park close to the property.

Functional

Handy for centre of Bradford on Avon

It was actually a shed rather than a cabin. Ok for having family join you for visits but I don’t think this is somewhere to put out for use in the same bracket as hotel or guesthouse. We were a bit shocked about the location, we knew it was in someone’s garden but this was unkempt and I think unprofessional. No screening from the back of the house with its 1970’s functional concrete flags, untidy, full of weeds, a dilapidated shed, falling to bits with broken fairy lights left over from Christmas, windows and drainpipes flaking paint and needing maintenance. No flower beds, just scruffy with owners children’s play things, and unkept privet hedge. House should be screened and garden maintained.

Great value room with friendly hosts

Great little room a short walk uphill from Bradford- on-Avon. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Barry was super friendly and helpful with suggestions. Some boardgames and puzzles in the room were appreciated. Good value for the area.

A lovely overnight stay

A comfortable, well equipped and well furnished cabin. Perfect for an overnight stay. Owners Helen and Barry were so friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Overpriced for where it was

No breakfast included. People need to be aware the property is situated in the not very well maintained back garden of the owners house. Access via the household bins which I had to clear out of the way. Plus able to see next doors unkept garden and property

Even if the owner had made the effort to maintain the grounds it would have been an improvement

Cozy place, friendly hosts, a store across the road, and free parking

Nice, clean, cozy room. It made us feel like living in a small house in our own backyard. We can sit and enjoy the nice weather in the backyard. Books and jigsaw puzzles are in the room in case we don’t have anything else to do. A store is just across the road. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.

Amazingly comfortable bed. Very well equipped little cabin. Great communication from the hosts.

The water pressure in the shower is very low but only a minor niggle. The property is opposite the shop a little higher up the hill, it took us a little while to find.

Comfort en gastvrijheid in het prachtige Bradford-on-Avon

De hosts waren buitengewoon gastvrij. Bijzonder om zo in de cabin in hun tuin te veblijven maar een echte aanrader. Veel persoonlijker dan een hotel. Alles is dichtbij, verschillende pubs waar je heerlijk kan eten en het centrum is op wandelafstand van de cabin. Toffe plek, ik kom terug!

Je zorgt zelf voor je ontbijt. Als je op een zondagavond arriveert, is het heel even spannend om aan ontbijt te geraken. Maar gelukkig is de buurtwinkel tegenover het huis open op zondag. I was lucky🙏

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

Stanza piccola ma molto curata e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Il letto era veramente comodo. L'host e stato molto gentile, ci ha aiutato a scegliere dove cenare ed ha addirittura prenotato per noi (dopo averci datpo ottimi consigli); anche se abbiamo fatte il check in molto tardi ci ha accolti di persona ed e stato estremamente disponibile. Soggiornerei di nuovo.
