Very nice, comfortable and clean place

The apartment was nice and clean, we got everything we needed and the owners are very kind. The metro station is two minutes away which is very convenient because Paris metro works fast and we were in the centre quickly. The room had a mini fridge and a kettle. We were supplied with everything we needed.

The heating didn't work so it was cold during the night and sometimes during the day.

Was a bit disappointing after a long flight

It was only 1 room with hardly any Bedding and was with shared bathroom with another rented room PLUS the owners! Didn’t receive street address OR door code so it was long way to get there finally PLUS up 3 flights narrow stairs (elevator was not for our use)

Privacy concerns and inconsistencies with the listing

The location is great, metro station close-by that can take you to all of the most important sights. Pleasant neighbourhood, a market near-by. Price very good considering the prices in Paris.

Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience in this property. When we were booking the property, we were expecting a fully equipped kitchen. Instead, the kitchen was remade into an owner's bedroom (I think it's still not mentioned in the listing that the owners live there), making it a 3 bedroom apartment which is inconsistent with the listing. The worst part was that the bathroom is connected to the owner's bedroom by a WINDOW. We didn't feel comfortable taking a shower, knowing that the owners could easily look out of the window. Moreover, you could hear everything coming from the room. We reported the problem to Booking and to the property, but the only solution offered was that of 30 eur. In the reply owners said that the privacy is maintained by a curtain which is simply not true (attaching the photos to this review). Quite disappointing experience to say the least, even more disappointed by the way Booking handled the situation. Regarding comfort and the bedroom itself, it was alright. The beds are quite loud though, you can hear every turn of a person above you. Another thing is that the elevator was not working.

l’appartamento era al secondo piano ma l’ascensore era rotto. non c’era il wi-fi e la camera era in condivisione con quello che penso fosse il suo appartamento personale. il bagno era diviso in due; da una parte avevi solo il water in una parte della casa e in un’altra stanza lontana il resto del bagno con vasca e lavandino, quindi molto scomodo per due persone sapendo che in appartamento non sei solo ma condividi gli spazi con uno sconosciuto. la casa in generale non era pulita e i servizi molto vecchi, ma il vero problema è stato il trovare panni e biancheria intima personale del proprietario in giro per il bagno, appoggiata in punti come la porta o i ripiani comuni. con un check-in obbligatorio dopo le ore 15, senza possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per impedirci di perdere l’intera giornata, ci aspettavamo almeno di avere un mediocre servizio di pulizia ma non è stato così. Pessima esperienza, non consiglio assolutamente

Le quartier est sympa. Nous avons profité du petit balcon. La nuit a été calme. Les wc communs etaient propres avec suffisamment de papier toilette.

Je ne recommande pas et ne reviendrai pas. L’annonce est trompeuse pour de nombreuses aspects. Alors qu’on m’avait assurée m’envoyer les codes et details pour rentrer dans l’appartement pour 15h, à notre arrivée de 16h toujours rien. J’ai laissé plusieurs messages vocaux et j’ai tenté en vain de contacter booking. Nous avons attendu dans la rue et enfin on m’a contactée à 16:50 nous étions dans le studio. Un lit double superposé. Une housse de couette pour seulement 1 personne. Une housse de protection de matelas tachée à plusieurs endroits. Des serviettes de toilettes douteuses. Le matelas du bas est en deux parties donc on roule au milieu. Nous avons très mal dormi. Sdb : problème de parois : une fenêtre qui s’ouvre sur une autre pièce. Sortie de baignoire avec une marche en carrelage non protégé donc très dangereux. Dans hall d’entrée très sombre un meuble avec cafetière et mauvais café. Dans la chambre qui s’éclaire de l’extérieur un mini frigo qui fait trop de bruit. Un cadre au mur vidé de son image. Une atmosphère bizarre.

Chambre privée dans un appartement de 2 chambres et ce sont les propriétaires qui sont dans la deuxième chambre, dans l’absolu pas de soucis sauf : AUCUNE INTIMITÉ ! >PORTE DE LA CHAMBRE VITRÉE (?!) PAS DE RIDEAU >INTERRUPTEUR À L’EXTÉRIEUR DE LA CHAMBRE … >SALLE DE BAIN VITRÉE EGALEMENT AU DESSUS DE LA BAIGNOIRE, IL Y A UN RIDEAU MAIS QUI EST ACCESSIBLE PAR LA PIÈCE COLLÉE À LA SALLE DE BAIN ET LORSQUE JE ME SUIS DOUCHÉE LE RIDEAU A ÉTÉ OUVERT DEUX FOIS JAI DONC OUVERT LA FENÊTRE AU DESSUS DE LA BAIGNOIRE POUR REFERMER À DEUX REPRISES LE RIDEAU …. EN DEMANDANT SI JE POUVAIS AVOIR UN MINIMUM D’INTIMITÉ POUR ME LAVER … Il est vrai que nous nous sommes trompés d’étage en rentrant le samedi soir ( séjour avec notre fille de 5 ans ) elle dormait dans les bras de papa et je me suis arrêtée au premier étage donc forcément la clé ne fonctionnait pas … après un appel la propriétaire descends pour nous expliquer que nous nous sommes trompés d’étage nous nous excusons platement ( et un peu honteux de nous ) et la la propriétaire devient impolie et nous insulte en russe … dommage mon mari parle quelques mots et à bien compris le sens de sa phrase… « abrutis de français » alors oui nous nous sommes trompés ( fatigue stress quartier bizarre pas très sécurisant ) mais nous nous sommes excusés et nous sommes des CLIENTS donc je ne vois pas pourquoi nous méritons cette remarque en russe en plus ( même si elle a raison nous avons été très bêtes de nous tromper ) >>et donc pour finir le quartier : Quand nous nous sommes enfin posés au calme dans la chambre : éclats de voix / tapinage / drogue sous notre fenêtre …

C'erano divere persone nell'appartamento (6?) e per il bagno c'era una certa fila. Almeno separando il wc dal bagno non abbiamo dovuto aspettare per il wc. La piccolissima zona microonde/bollitore non aveva il lavandino, rendendo ben difficile lavare qualcosi stoviglia. C'è un bel parco in zona e molti ristoranti asiatici.

Camas são muito boas e o quarto é organizado. A comunicação com o host foi muito fácil e eficiente. A localização é ótima para turistar, bem próxima à estação do metrô.

O banheiro destinado ao banho causa uma certa insegurança quanto à privacidade, pois existe uma janela para o quarto do host na qual, no ângulo próximo ao chuveiro, é possível de se ver quem está no banho, sem qualquer proteção à visão. Isso causa um desconforto, especialmente para as mulheres.
