The open plan living room

The house was a bit damp.. bathroom was Too small for a family Wouldn’t put on the heater for longer than 30mins ..

Good value option

The house is fine for a short stay - we were in Nottingham for a weekend as a group of 4. All 4 bedrooms are a good size. The kitchen/lounge area was nice and had what we needed. The location is on a quiet residential road about 4 miles north of the city. Sherwood has a few bars, restaurants and shops about 5-10 minute walk from the house.

The bathroom is a bit tight and shower over the bath very cramped. Just about ok for a short stay. The second "bathroom" is really just a toilet and basin inside one of the bedrooms. The front and back gardens were really overgrown and had had no attention paid to them, which was a shame, given it was summer. We would've liked to have sat outside. Just needs the managers to get a mower out every couple of weeks!

Spacious and convenient.

Happy with the location - under 15 minutes to the town centre. Spacious property. Able to park off-road. Kitchen was well equipped. Two toilets.

WiFi code provided on entry instructions was not correct. It was unclear how to activate the central heating and we had to contact the host to ask how. The central heating boiler was located in a cupboard off the master bedroom. It had a warning on it stating "do not use". The host was able to provide a gas safety certificate and a carbon monoxide alarm to reassure us. Some of the decor (e.g. downstairs blind) was in need of refreshing.

Loved it tried to book this month but fully booked 😩

The property was very spacious homely and clean me and my son loved it will definitively stay here again. You won’t regret booking this house great location and has a drive too. We didn’t want to leave.

I just wish there was a tv in the main bedroom and a blind/curtain in the lounge for more warmth. Everything else is absolutely perfect.

A lovely stay in Nottingham.

The house inside was immaculate, very clean and modern. Very spacious. Located near a very good high street, with plenty of shops, bars and eating establishments. Would definitely stop again.

We had to wash the dishes when we got there as they had stains on the plates, glasses and cutlery. But I blame the previous people who rented it and not the owners. Also, the house had 4 large double bedrooms but 2 of the beds where singles pushed together and dipped quite a bit in the middle, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable if u move around in your sleep, which is a shame as the other 2 double bed where amazingly comfortable.
