The accommodation was great. The blue & white decor was lovely and everything felt like brand-new. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Including hair appliances. The location was great and just a short walk from train stations & shopping areas. We loved our stay.
Only something minor, but the pillows were very hard .

The location was great and the unit was HUGE with a very big balcony. The laundry was a bonus and the line on the balcony was great for drying the clothes. The kitchen facilities were good but no dish towel was provided to dry dishes. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

This apartment was spacious, comfortable, useful, and in a great location. The terrace outside was a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, the shower was easy to use, and the room had explanations for how to use the amenities in English, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean to support functionality. It was a 5-10min walk to Dotonbori, Namba Station (and Namba Walk!) and was very easy to navigate around. Erika (property owner/manager) was in contact with us before we checked in and out to confirm our stay, provided great food recommendations and support throughout our stay. She was easily contactable through the Booking.com app, spoke English very well and was lovely.
This apartment was perfect, there was nothing to dislike.
