Spacious, clean, and nice location.

The pillows could be a little more comfortable.

It was big,comfortable,clean. It had a great balcony.

The apartment itself was excellent — spacious, well-equipped, and in a prime location near Namba and Shinsaibashi. It was clean, comfortable, and offered a refreshing change from cramped hotel rooms in Japan. For that, we were very satisfied. However, the communication from the host significantly took away from the overall experience. The tone of the messages was strict, overly procedural, and at times felt more like dealing with a rulebook than a host. Instructions were often phrased in a cold and borderline intimidating way, with frequent emphasis on fines, surveillance, and strict policies. There was little to no sense of hospitality or warmth in the interaction, which made us feel more like tenants being monitored than welcomed guests. We understand and respect the importance of house rules, but the way they were conveyed could have been much more courteous and guest-friendly. A more welcoming approach would make a big difference for future travelers. In summary, a great apartment, but the hosting experience left much to be desired. Would recommend the property to self-sufficient travelers who prefer minimal or no host interaction.
