Did us for one night. Wouldn’t of wanted to stay any longer.
The location was on the Southside of the pier and it was perfect walking distance. There are a lot of car parks nearby but they do require 24hr paid parking however if you are travelling on a Saturday like us you can get free street parking on the street to the side of the apartment a few steps away after 6pm and free all day Sunday. But most of the streets are private permit parking only (and we saw the parking warden at 9am on Sunday) The apartment is very spacious so plenty of room for us all. And other than the drunken man screaming outside the apartment at 5am the apartment was quiet no noise from above. It was lovely and warm on arrival - thank you!! It was easy to enter the property with electric code which is sent after 2pm on the day.
The whole feel of the apartment was just very bare and un-homley and wasn’t perfectly clean. I wouldn’t have wanted to spent anymore than one night there. The bedding under the sofa bed was not clean it had pink spillages on it. Thankfully there was a clean sheet and my daughter brought her duvet and pillow in the car so I used that. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it did me for one night. The apartment is definitely in need of a refresh of either some paint and filler or a good clean of the walls. But I guess the minority spoil it for the majority with not looking after things so people don’t want to spent the money but the whole feel of that apartment could be totally changed.

The TV didn't have an ariel to it, so couldn't watch normal tv. Unsafe parking. Had to park my car round the back where it was out of view.

Good place to stay
Newly refurbished apartment in a great location.Right next to the pleasure beach.The only downside was the lack of cooking facilities.Great for a one night stay though. The deposit was quickly returned, and the host was easy to communicate with.
