    Cosy stay
Comfortable and cosy. The decor was in keeping with the cabin theme and there were some lovely personal touches in the cabin. Felt private as was away from the village and hidden away.
Location on booking.com misleading. Meant we had to get a ferry across to the cabin and back from mull just to get to the cabin and back. Tight space. We were fine for one night but I don’t think we could have stayed there for several nights as we were travelling around Scotland for a week so had lots .

    Amazing cabin with amazing views.
We went with our two dogs as a birthday trip for myself. Host was courteous, room was clean and cooking equipment provided. It was just the relief I needed after illness at start of the year. Ferry to mull was only 3/4 minutes away. Bed was comfy, wifi provided and host had installed blackout curtains which was greatly apeciated.

    Pay attention when booking.
It was nothing like I thought it would be. Isolation was there in abundance, but I struggled to get into bed with my bad legs. 👎 Why was there no television, and the shower only did one person, then was freezing..
The fact we were 30mls from a ferry journey ,to reach the cabin , and the cabin doors did not lock at night . My wife was frightened to sleep tight at night. I thought it was a villa I had booked , my hens back home have more room.

    A truly special place
Amazing location, very private despite being at the edge of the village. Stunning views over the Sound of Mull. Great shower. Large bed with an unbeatable view. Great patio area too.

Lovely cute place and beautiful area
Lovely cute cabin with some real lovely local bits , well designed and quirky , couple bits to address but nothing major , host very helpful

Nice warm comfortable cabin but be prepared as cafes, restaurants ect not open during winter months
Nice cabin, very warm and comfortable. Had everything needed for a short stay. Kitchen and bathroom both well equipped. Area had some beautiful countryside great for walks with the dog. Particularly Ardtornish estate
Advertised as “Oban” & waterside view but was far away and is nowhere near Oban. View blocked by trees. Door was very tricky to open and close. Host requires you to empty bins and take recycling to the pier but for price of stay would think emptying bins as part of the service provided. Nothing in the area was open at time of year we visited. Drove for over 1 hour and still hotels, bars and restaurants not serving food. Be prepared with all food & drink you need for staying but also needs to fit into very small under counter fridge. Shop in the town doesn’t have much but can drive to the Keystore in Strontian had a bit more choice but is a bit of a drive away.
