Location is fab. We did the three peaks from here and it couldn't have been more convenient.
The property was cold and damp on arrival and there is visible black mould in many of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Perfect location for the 3 peak challenge that we undertook. A clean and well-presented property with good facilities, and the bottled water waiting for us was a nice touch.
The only minor point was that it would have been nice to have a few tea bags available on arrival. We didn't expect them for the whole weekend, but a few would have been nice after a long journey, before we headed to the shops for supplies.

The location was amazing and perfect for us when we wanted nothing around but I'd keep this in mind if you prefer more things to do. The house was lovely and cosy facilities were great
Unfortunately there was mould with it being an old house and the water didn't last long with lots of adults together or was a race for the hot water
