Parkeren in de garage onder het gebouw en een lift voor onze koffers werkte perfect op doorreis. Sfeervolle en schone studio op loopafstand van het centrum van Passau, maar rustig gelegen. Fijn contact met de host.

Cleanliness, quiet, close to University, and train station. Although in commercial area, it is close to pedestrian only area ,
The bathroom smelled just a tad moldy.

Schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - Ventilator im Zimmer und Abdunkelung bei heißer Witterung. Komfortabel mit bequemen Betten. Sehr zentral - alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Leider unter der Woche ab 6:00 etwas laut durch Gewerbe aber am Wochenende sehr ruhig
