Die Lage an sich ist super, direkt in der Altstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkhaus direkt nebenan. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Passau absolut empfehlenswert. Preis-Leistung super.
In der Nacht ist es relativ laut durch vorbeilaufende Personen. Wir waren an einem Samstag dort. Unter der Woche ist es wahrscheinlich weniger laut.

Kein Frühstück
Es war sehr heiß und schlechte Luft im Zimmer. Morgens sehr früh war es sehr laut von draußen. Fahrräder konnten nur im sehr engen Flur abgestellt werden.
