Misty Haven A-Frame

Location recently opened their second villa. He had the opportunity to sleep there. Everything was brand new. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. At night they cooked dinner for my family and friends. This was one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka in 3 weeks!

The views were amazing. Very relaxing, plenty of space. The host went out of his way with our meals. Breakfast had local and continental style options. Evening meal - Sri Lankan curry - served in the accommodation. Many flavours. All cooked just for us, freshly. You wouldn't go hungry.

Die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise! Die Lage ist ein Traum, auch wenn man sehr abgelegen ist. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir mitten im nirgendwo etwas Sorge weil es durch den Regen etwas „unheimlich“ war. Der Besitzer hat sofort reagiert und der Angestellte kam sofort (am späten Abend) noch vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Sehr familiär, da Herat (der Angestellte) und seine Frau jederzeit für einen da waren. Sie haben auch das Essen zubereitet, was wirklich ein Traum war und mit uns einen Tagesausflug organisiert.

Our recent stay here was truly one of the best experiencs we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality and the stunning location. The owner, Mr. Ajith, has created a beautifull and unique space that feels both relaxing and welcoming. A special thank to Mr. Herath, who was incredibly freindly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight of our visit, however, was the food. It was absolutely delicious! …some of the best we've tasted in all of Sri Lanka. We loved the design of the property. We loved the cleanliness. We loved that almost everything was made out of wood, giving the space an attic feel. The a-frame structure is so incredible. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, offering a good view of the mountains. Our group of eight people was very comfortable, and there was enough space for everyone to relax and socialize. Another wonderful perk is that “Bellwood View Point” is very close to the property. A small note for future guests: the access roads are quite narrow and not well maintained. When two vehicles pass, there isn’t much room to pull over, so extra caution is needed when driving. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with exceptional service and a spectacular view.
