I recently stayed at Eco Inn Cottage by Aonang Hill, and overall it was a really enjoyable and relaxing experience—especially if you’re looking for something peaceful but still close to the action.
One of the things I liked most was the setting. The hotel is tucked slightly away from the busy center of Ao Nang, which made it feel like a quiet little escape. At the same time, it’s still within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach (about 10–20 minutes depending on your pace), so you get a nice balance of convenience and tranquility.
The cottages themselves were a highlight. My room felt modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and I liked having a private little space rather than a standard hotel room. The overall design gives it more of a villa-style feel, which adds to the experience.
The pool area was another standout. It was quiet most of the time, making it perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring Krabi. The surrounding greenery and mountain views really add to the atmosphere—it genuinely feels like a small oasis.
Service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Staff were polite, check-in was smooth, and everything ran efficiently. While it’s not overly luxurious service, it’s warm and reliable, which is exactly what you want in a place like this.
There are a few minor downsides to keep in mind. The walk back to the hotel at night can be a bit dark in some areas, and since the property is built on a slight hill, there are some stairs to climb—which might not be ideal for everyone. Breakfast options can also be somewhat limited, and a few small details like storage space in the room could be improved.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Eco Inn Cottage by Aonang Hill if you’re visiting Krabi and want a clean, modern, and peaceful place to stay without spending a fortune. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers great value for money and a really pleasant atmosphere—perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind.

A decent space, the pictures gives you a very resort vibes. But it's a smaller area. They take you to the other property (Ao Nang Hills)) which feels more premium and complete for breakfast. Its location is a little more further from the beach and the main road . Breakfast was good for what you get in Krabi. They take you in a car and bring you back. Service was good for breakfast. My International debit card did not work for some reason. ( The same card worked in other places during my trip).I had to pay in cash. The bathroom did not have exhaust fan or so.

Ao nang can get busy. But you don't notice that in here. A quiet very calm place to stay. Chill pool, kind staff. 👌🏼👍🏼

During our two day stay at Eco inn no service was provided. Breakfast was included in our stay for both the days but we didn’t get any breakfast there. Also photos shown in the Agoda is not real, it’s photoshopped. Poor management of staff. Nobody cleaned our room during our stay.
