Good stay. Basic but great location as we were visiting Loch Lomond and Glencoe. Basic tv - could be doing with an upgrade of a smart tv.

The views, breakfast, and parking and accessibility are just so good. Views are stunning, cant go wrong with. The breakfast are just a basic English dish but its kinda on the very good side you will enjoy it, with the view as well. The staffs are warm and welcoming, love that.
The facilities are on the other hand, need serious attention and you can see the run down state everywhere. The room we in are both very run down, the age on the equipment does shows, but at least the bed is comfortable.
Good vicinity to the town and actually, better as you can escape from the light pollution.

We had a refurbished room which was lovely with a lovely bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was plentiful and very good with plenty of choice and good coffee. Staff were lovely and helpful

The hotel is in a good location, and our room on the third floor overlooking the loch was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t match the setting.
The beds were quite basic and only somewhat comfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. There was also constant noise from the main staircase and lift, both located close to our room, which was quite disruptive.
The hotel overall felt very dated—more like stepping back 50 years than a comfortable stay. Despite the great location, it was not a particularly pleasant experience
