Premium 1BR unit at The Avant

Fantastic location, you can walk to literally anything in a few minutes and it’s an incredibly safe and clean area with no panhandlers. One of the only spots in Manila you can safely walk around at 2am without needing to be on high alert. The bed is SUPER comfortable and the aircon is plenty even on hot humid days. Actual black out curtains which was helpful for adjusting time zones. Very responsive host as well.

3 different times the hot water in the shower stopped working. This would result in hours of owner contacting maintenance, us waiting around, the guy would reset something then within a short time it wasn’t working again. Hopefully this is fixed by time the next person uses the place but not being able to take a hot shower after a long day during a week long trip was a bummer amidst an otherwise stellar experience.

Location to BCG, access to pool, very comfortable bed.

Needs a bit of TLC, experienced a leak above the bathroom which disturbed our stay.

L'emplacement est idéal si on veut se rendre au BGC

Rien de particulier

Location is second to none if you are wanting somewhere in the Forbestwon area. The condo is clean with little amenities like house slippers and toothbrush and paste. Comfortable bed. The view from the lounge area. Very relaxing.
