The location.
The building is in serious need of renovation. The air conditioning in the kitchen diner was not working in the apartment.The apartment needs complete renovation, wallpaper peeling off and very old, shower curtain stained along the bottom, towels that don’t dry you, mold around the windows. We stayed two nights but really wanted to move out but everywhere was fully booked. The owner offered us another apartment which we viewed but it was like an abandoned squat so we stayed where we were.
