Apartment is clean and spacious, despite being in a big city, our stay provided a peaceful place, overlooking the greeneries. Love that it’s centrally located in BGC, too. Unit manager is excellent and helpful at all times. Washing machine was a pleasant addition.
The “extra charge” on top of the advertised price is way too high, and ‘almost hidden’ and can trick the booker into thinking price was that good until you click the final payment and you see it charged on your credit card. One of the beds are a bit too hard to my liking but that’s subjective and it did not affect our opinion on the property. Overall, am glad to be able to find this place.

Everything! This unit is GREAT space! A very roomy living room, a functional kitchen, a spacious primary bedroom, a very nice second bedroom, and two clean bathrooms. The location is awesome! Everything you need is in walking distance. Property managers are helpful and available. The building staff is friendly and also very helpful! A true home away from home.
I have nothing to note here. I could say the weather, but in August it was as expected.

Great location! Burgos less than a minute walk, high street is only a 5-10 minute walk. There’s a convenience store nearby, as well as a few fast food restaurants. The place is nice and spacious, and they provide basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.
Wifi would randomly stop working for a bit, aircon was not working well (couldn’t turn it on or off whenever you wanted to). Also, we stayed for 5 days and needed extra towels and it took a more than day to get new towels. The pool was also under maintenance for two days while we were there which was fine but it would have been nice to know beforehand as we ended up not being able to use it.
