I was not given any information about which tower and unit number beforehand, so had to contact the property on arrival. Luckily I received a response within 30 mins. Make sure you contact the property before arriving.
For the price, in BGC it's hard to beat. The unit is 2 bedrooms and 2 levels, though the living room is quite tiny. I think with just a few tweaks, the stay would have been much more comfortable. Extra towels (and bigger towels) as well as face towels for the bathrooms, for one. If you are staying multiple days, you may want to bring your own. Had some trouble getting the water heater to work. AC in each room worked well.
Some of the common areas (elevators and hallways) are quite run-down, but I'm not sure if this is typical of condotels in Manila. The complex does have a laundromat but it requires 48hr turnaround. 7-11 downstairs is very convenient. The lobby guards are friendly.

The location of the place was close to everything within walking distance, however the toilet was acting up while we were there. The condo also took a while to get cool which was not ideal given that the weather was 35 degrees.
