It's Clean and Mr.Tony is Very approachable. He even pick me outside and helped me with my luggage.

It was great for an overnight stay. Arrived quite late but the owner was very professional and accommodating. He was available to respond to all email and WhatsApp queries at virtually any time of the day considering I was travelling through various time zones during the previous 3-4 days.
The location is close to the airport - about 15 minutes walking distance and a lot less by car. Nice cultural area to explore on foot once at the location.
The property is massive which was a pleasant surprise. The floors inside the property were very clean and homely so it was nice walking around bare foot. My street food got cold so the microwave was pretty handy
There are fans all over the building and a working AC system in the bedroom. Big lounge area with lots of seating and relaxing spaces. I’ll most likely return here on future Manila trips
