Nice and clean.The most attractive is the property near naia T3.
The sound and noise i think its from up floor building ,dragging the chair at 2am the next door . I can hear them plugging sockets.the sound proof is poor.

The unit is very clean, well-maintained, and comes with complete kitchenware, making it convenient for cooking. This is already my second time booking with the same property owner, and the experience has been good. The host is responsive, accommodating, and ensures everything is ready before check-in. There are also a lot of establishments nearby. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book here again in the future.

All good..
Just a suggestion to add the value that
keeping a small complementary water bottle would be helpful for the guests who check in in the untime, as well a small bottle of dishwashing liquid would be handy to wash the tea cups.

Pretty basic stay at Newport 150 with nothing particularly special, but the location is convenient and very close to NAIA Terminal 3.
