    The room was clean and comfortable, but the spa bath, the main reason for my booking, was broken. This was a major disappointment for the price. While check-in was smooth, the hotel should ensure advertised amenities are functional or offer compensation when they are not.

    The bathtub was broken, the food was poor, and the room was acceptable — clean but nothing special. It was not worth the price for a King Room with a Spa Bath.

    a relaxed stay about 20 minutes away from ella , with very polite and supportive staff. the facilities were very good with clean rooms and bathrooms. only a few things as a suggestion , it would be better if a few halal meal options are provided as it was mainly sea food and veg dishes which were able to be consumed . Also it would be nice if there is a way if the pool can be heated up since during colder climates , having a dip would be challenging. it was a wonderful stay and we will definetily consider Luxor again .

    The room was bright, clean, and offered a lovely view. Please note that the hotel is located about a 30-minute drive from Ella, which is something to consider if you plan to visit the area. During our stay, we noticed a few minor details that could be improved, such as the toilet not being properly fixed to the floor and the bed linen being damp upon arrival. Additionally, the buffet dining experience did not meet our expectations in terms of taste and quality, so we would suggest exploring dining options outside the hotel. Overall, we felt that the price did not fully reflect the quality of the stay. We also stayed for two nights, and the room was not cleaned during our stay. While the stay was generally comfortable, there is room for improvement in several areas.
