    Absolutely. For Agoda, I’d keep it firm but factual so it clearly explains why you were disappointed. Title: Very disappointing experience for a family We booked this hotel through Agoda for 2 adults and 4 children, with two rooms. Unfortunately, when we checked in, both rooms were provided with king-size beds only, which meant our children had to share beds. This was very uncomfortable and not what we expected when booking two rooms for our family. We contacted the hotel management and requested a suitable arrangement, such as separate sleeping arrangements for the children, but unfortunately our request was ignored and no proper solution was provided. As a family travelling with children, we expected the hotel to take our concerns seriously and make reasonable efforts to accommodate us. Sadly, the lack of support from the management made our stay very unpleasant. Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience and the way our request was handled. I would not recommend this hotel to families travelling with children.
