    A truly great home away from home. Highly recommended!

    We enjoyed our 4 days 3 nights stay at this beautiful, clean and modern hotel which actually has an interesting story as it is a refurbished 700 year old convent. The front desk staff and concierge were friendly and efficient but the housekeeping personnel were a bit sloppy (never replaced used coffee cups during our stay and had to be reminded 2x to provide the pitcher of water). Also, we were not advised against taking an uber from a certain meet up point (McDonald’s at Rossio square). Our driver said police fined ubers and taxis 100euros for pick ups from there. Other than these incidents we would still recommend the hotel for the location, facilities and spacious rooms.

    This property offers fantastic value with its prime location, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities were impressive, featuring modern amenities that catered to all needs. Overall, a memorable stay that I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.
