Rossio Boutique Hotel is a lovely place to stay, right in the center of Lisbon—perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. A big shoutout to Miguel, who really made our stay special. He was friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile.

Location is great in terms of proximity to the square and metro, but the entrance is in a dodgier part of the area and you may not feel safe entering and exiting the hotel.
The common areas smell terrible as they overuse some kind of air freshener. It smells like an outdoor public toilet in most of the hotel. The rooms smelt awful on arrival as they overused their awful air freshener and I had to open the window and crank out the AC to get the smell out.
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff touched and rearranged my personal belongings. I am neat but when I returned to my room, I couldn’t find my medication and I realised that they went though my toiletry bag and took my medication out and put them in different boxes. There was no need for them to touch my belongings as they were not scattered but in bags and boxes to one corner, yet they still went through them. I refused housekeeping for the rest of my stay.
