    It has amazing interior. And good location. The only thing was that corridor area (bathroom/wardrobe area) was too hot and ac was only in the room. Rather than that very nice place

    I am a disabled person. I told them ahead of time they still put me on the second floor. I had to some how get me and my luggage up a very steep stairway. There were no staff here when I arrived. The room is stifefalling hot. The aircon needs cleaning/service. So far, finally at bedtime for me 9pm I fine a BUG in MY BED!!!! Not a 5 star retreat or hotel. At best a 3.5 at best!!! Thank god I check out tomorrow at 11 am. Disaster for my first time to Malaysia!

    Staying 6 days at here is not unpleasant at all. No, don't get me wrong. It was very quiet, totally only 5 rooms in the property. It is more like staying in your own house, not a hostel or hotel vibe. truly like your own house. The environment is quiet, but I could here few stomping running here and there without knowing who or where. I stayed in ORANGE room. It was located at behind of the house. The room is spacious for two persons. Bathroom/shower and toilet are separated from bedroom but still inside the room compound I stayed for 6 days but I only saw the staff /housekeeper on day 1, 5th and day 6th. Other 3 days, no working staff at all. They only got 1 staff/housekeeper to run the whole 5 rooms. Amenities were complete in the rooms. I get full toiletries accessories, towels, mats, and basic stuff. For drinking water they provide downstair only in the morning but they don't always replenish it. I informed the staff that I was short of mineral water since there was no more water on the station but they only can provide on the next morning, meaning that night I had to go out to buy mineral water. Oh no elevator so you have to climb on stairs if you get room in 2nd floor. Luckily only 2 floors and the staff was gladly to help to carry the luggages up. Safety, yes I feel safe. Thou i had doubts. Maybe Me and my friend were the only occupants in the house because I didn't see other people during my stay except the staff on my arrival dan departure day. Location? I don't mind walking but this place is near to old town like the Armenian street, lebuh Chulia, Komtar, Macalister.. still.. need to walk. Overall ? I give 7 out of 10. Great for spacious, cleanliness, safety, location. It is not a hotel so I can understand if the staff is not on the spot 24/7 to serve your needs. I enjoy the privacy and the quietness
