    The location is excellent, and the hotel deserves a 5-star rating for its cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are pristine, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with digital number-lock doors for added convenience and security. Toiletries are provided upon request, with the flexibility to ask for them whenever needed. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with great attention to cleanliness and practical amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern, convenient, and hassle-free hotel experience!

    I had a very concerning experience during my stay at this hotel. At around 11:15 AM, someone repeatedly knocked on my hotel room door and continued knocking until the door was opened, even though I had never requested a morning call service. Fortunately, I had asked my male friend to stay with me that night, and he was the one who opened the door. The person then said something like “morning call.” I found this extremely concerning because I had never requested such a service, and I was not expecting anyone to come to my room. Afterwards, I contacted the hotel to clarify what had happened. I repeatedly asked whether the hotel provided morning calls automatically or only upon request. Initially, the staff kept telling me that they would only provide a morning call if a guest specifically requested one. However, after further questioning, the hotel informed me that they had investigated the incident, checked their CCTV footage, and confirmed that the person was their bellman. They also explained that their hotel department had a practice of going to every room to provide morning calls. This explanation was particularly concerning because it contradicted what I had initially been told by the hotel staff. I am sharing this experience because I hope the hotel will review its procedures and take guest privacy and safety more seriously. I would hate for another female solo traveller to experience the same situation and feel unsafe in her own hotel room.

    2nd Day, there was no internet. The only communication was whatsapp. It is keyless to lock in the door. Initially Day 1 we were locked out. but after we texted, the guard came up immd to help. Fast response. Overall good location. No parking if driving.
