    awful noise during night from a group of young students screaming and drinking, there was no stuff available during night so they basically were running wild

    We wanted to store our luggage at the hotel. The Chinese staff said that because we are Chinese we are allowed to store our luggage for free but when we wanted to take our luggage back after some time they demanded 2000￥ from us unless we book 1 more night. Besides that we have never witnessed hotels in Japan charging people for storing their luggage. Furthermore the AC is very weak compared to other hotels so our room was colder during the night. In general the staff tried to scam us so just because of that we wouldn't recommend staying here even if the price for a night at the hotel seems reasonable enough. Apparently the owner of the hotel ordered the staff to charge us after we return to take our luggage back. It appears as if even the owner is a scammer.
