When we found the cottage, Mount Fuji suddenly appeared right in front of us—it was absolutely breathtaking! The lake reflected the mountain, making the view stunning. The cottage was cozy and exquisite. The host and his wife were gentle and polite. The host's wife even wiped the wheels of our suitcases clean. We stayed in a Japanese-style room on the second floor, where we could see Mount Fuji just by sitting by the window. The Japanese-style breakfast was delicious. The next morning, the host drove us to a nearby viewing platform to see Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good that day—after waiting a long time, we could only see a tiny part of the mountain. The host stayed with us the whole time, never rushing us, and patiently explained things. After checking out, we drove to a nearby gas station to fill up the car. The host cycled all the way to the station to return the hat I had left behind. It was truly touching. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Mount Fuji.
