We had a wonderful stay at APA Hotel. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience, especially the great location, which made it easy to explore the area. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options to suit everyone. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, and you can’t comfortably open two large suitcases at the same time, but this wasn’t a major issue as we spent most of our time out exploring. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, including towels, tea and coffee, a hairbrush, and even hair ties — thoughtful little touches that made our stay comfortable. We also tried the massage service, which was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Having a convenient Seven Eleven located inside the hotel was another great bonus. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend APA Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it an excellent base for exploring Osaka. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of dishes available each morning, catering to different tastes and making it a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store and a laundromat on Level 4. These facilities were especially useful for travellers staying multiple nights, making the stay much more comfortable and hassle-free. The only suggestion I have is to consider providing a complimentary gym for hotel guests. I understand that the hotel accommodates a large number of guests, so managing access may be challenging, but having a free fitness facility would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. Thank you to the team for the wonderful hospitality!

Wife and I traveled to Osaka, while at the location is great, the rooms are tiny, barely room for two people, The mattress is thin, Like most places in Japan you can’t swim with tattoos, which is understandable but even still, the pools are not included in th stay price and cost up to 2500¥ per hour The gym is also not included in your stay and costs 3000¥ per hour My gym membership at home costs nearly that per month. If you’re on a budget stay here, but there are much better options. Proceed with caution. Would never stay again.
