    The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and lighting were comfortable. Great view of the city because the guest rooms are located on the higher floors. Only wish was for there to be a gym. Overall, great experience and will book with this hotel chain again when I return to Japan!

    Everything is good. Location, room and staff is just perfect. Bus station just next to it, very convenient to take bus to Kansai Airport 👍👍👍

    If you want a slow paced but efficient hotel, this is the one for you. It's quiet, right beside the JR Namba station which connects to the Midosuji Subway line by a few minutes walk. The staff and concierge are very helpful and will facilitate your luggage transfer for you. Despite the long queue during check in, the process was quick and efficient that it did not feel like a wait at all. The ambience of the hotel feels like you're coming home from a tired day. Stayed here twice already and will be staying again if they are not fully booked.

    The location is truly unbeatable. It’s easy to find when walking toward JR Namba Station, and there’s a large supermarket downstairs open from 9 a.m. to midnight. However, the cleanliness was terrible and absolutely not worth around xxx per night. The double room was so small that one side of the bed was against the wall. On the first night, there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom drain. There was a thick layer of dust around the bedside area, and when I used the bedside charging outlet, my hand got covered in dust. I stayed three nights, and after housekeeping, the dust was still there.
