The hotel is literally a step away from the exit 28 of Namba station. The only challenge is if you have big luggage you will have to take the stairs from exit 28 but once you are out the hotel entrance is just in front of the metro/subway exit. Another advantage is if the weather is bad you can easily walk in the subway area to your destination via metro train.
The hotel itself is good considering that the room is small but it is organized. The only downside is that in the middle of the night there was a loud noise as if there was car race going on.

this hotel is near to the train, buses, and shopping areas.
small room with tiny bathroom. many constructions work and traffic around, it's noisy all day.
