    The hotel is located centrally to town yet quiet enough. Almost walkable to popular attraction and the subway is just a stone throw away. We love the modern design and cleanliness of the hotel, also the relaxed atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Facilities are modern, the only drawback is they only have 1 washing machine and dryer for the whole hotel. However there is a laundromat near and it’s not expensive. The staff are attentive and welcoming . We especially enjoyed the lounge that provide 24 hours of coffee, tea, juices, water , biscuits, pastries and sweets. We would love to stay in this hotel the next time we are visiting Kyoto.

    We were a family of four with two teenage sons staying in two twin rooms. While compact they had everything we needed in the room. The bonus of the very welcoming lounge with 24 hour free hot & cold drinks and baked goods was much appreciated. The location was convenient and we appreciated the friendly service. Would recommend.

    Eines der allerbesten Hotels in ganz Kyoto! 24/7 gibt es gratis Backwaren, Kaffee (heiß/kalt), Tee, Orangen-/Ananassaft, Wasser, Snacks und gegen Aufpreis Bier, Whisky & Wein (500 Yen). Jeden Tag gibt es frische Handtücher (Gesicht, Körper, Fußboden). Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag, wenn man möchte, gereinigt, mit neuen Schlafanzügen und Bettwäsche. In der Lobby, wo es die 24h-Backwaren gibt, gibt es auch einen Fußballtisch, viele Spiele und gute Musik auf Schallplatten. Als Willkommensgeschenk bekommt man eine kleine Plastikflasche, um immer Wasser oder Säfte im Zimmer zu haben oder für unterwegs. Es gibt auch eine kleine Wäscheabstellkammer (1x Waschmaschine (300 Yen) & 1x Trockner (30 min á 100 Yen)), die ihren Job ganz gut machen, aber den Trockner nicht zu voll beladen, sonst wird es nicht ganz trocken. Sonstiges: Es gibt auch kleine Wäscheständer fürs Zimmer, Kleiderhaken, Hausschuhe, Schuhlöffel, Schuhbürste, Shampoo, Duschgel, Conditioner, Zahnbürste, Rasierer, Wattestäbchen, einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Tresor, dimmbares Licht, Regendusche mit Sprühpaneel, 24h-Rezeption, Gepäckaufbewahrungsplatz, Self-Checkout, Eiswürfelmaschine (Lobby), USB-A Steckplatz direkt beim Bett, Fernseher mit Netflix/Prime/Hulu und einen Gepäckversandservice. Ein richtig wundervoller aufenthalt!

    We stayed at this hotel for the second time in the beginning of June. The first stay was exceptional, however the experience was quite disappointing this time. The reception staff was not as welcoming as previously, and in particular one of them was really rude and unhelpful - I missed a bus (that runs at one hour interval) because of her. I have never met such a rude staff at any hotels previously. (in fact this is the first time in life that I was treated that way!) This is a budget hotel though, spacious room and plenty of refreshment at an affordable price.
