    Staff is very helpful if you can find them at reception. They try their best to help me follow my lunch booking because we dont know Japanese. And they help me to transfer luggages to hotel. But it's a problem if you need instant help before 2pm because there is no staff at hotel. I saw a guest who forgets to bring the entry card. She cant find anyone. Just knock the door and wait anyone come out.

    The hotel is set back from the main road and the train stations. A bit of a walk to the hotel from the Kyoto station. The room is very spacious and clean. The pillows were soft and smaller than usual size. There are amenities and free drinks at the lobby area. It is a great place for travelers who prefer a quiet place to stay.

    loved it, great and sweet staff members, nothing bad at all— very luxurious feeling (and cozy). I only wished the lightening would be brighter for applying makeup in the morning

    Very nice and clean room. Good location. We are going to give a bad review only because of the male receptionist. We politely ask for water for our last day stay (we book for four nights) the young male staff refuse and says its company rule that only provide two bottles regardless of how many night you stay. Anyway , we can buy water ourselves but , the staff is showing his attitude to us. We are shock as other staff were friendly but this guy definitely ruin our experience of this stay.
