The location is fantastic—close to the train station yet away from the hustle and bustle—situated on a beautiful, quiet, and traditional Japanese street. The room is huge and fully equipped with everything you need: a kitchen, stove, microwave, large fridge, a good bathroom, and a great bed. A standout feature is the in-room washing machine, and they even provide all the laundry products. The staff is incredibly attentive and lovely. It was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

The distance from the station and convenience stores were fantastic. The room was lovely and clean. It was a great size room. The staff were also so lovely.
The beds and pillow were a little hard.

Location is perfect... Near Kyoto Station and several restaurants and izakaya. Quiet neighbourhood. Hotel staff is SUPERB. Very friendly and always ready to help. Perfect English.
