    We booked two Executive Rooms with mountain views, but upon arrival, we were given only one Executive Room. The second room was a Deluxe Room with a staircase and a mountain view that was very disappointing. The view offered no privacy, as people outside could easily see into the room. Despite paying in advance, the overall cleanliness was poor. The rooms were not properly cleaned and had a bad smell, the bed linen was not fresh, and we were even given torn sheets. To make matters worse, spiders were coming out from the ceiling and walls. When we raised these issues with the front desk, the manager was not that cooperative. They were only agreeing to clean the rooms but not to give the room what we have booked and paid for. After nearly an hour of discussion, they offered complimentary breakfast as compensation, which did not make up for the poor experience. For a price of ₹5,000 per night, the stay was not worth the money or the inconvenience. The hotel is also not close to Mall Road, contrary to what one might expect. Additionally, there is no on-site parking. Guests have to park elsewhere, and the hotel staff transports them back to the property on a bike, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

    I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as it is far from the Mall Road almost 1 km away from the Mall Road then the Mall Road itself is 2 kms long, hotel requires alot of cleanliness and maintenance, the staff is not at all interested in working they have alot of attitude. Not satisfied
