    First thing we did after checking into our room was to find the hotel for the next day The hotel was a bit too far from Mall Road (Liberty Chowk). The restaurant food was average at best- limited variety and inconsistent quality across meals. For the brand it takes pride in and the price point, I expected better upkeep and more attentive service. The room size was pretty congested and the service was hit or miss. Some staff were courteous, but response time for basic requests (extra towels, room service) was slow, and a couple of interactions felt indifferent rather than hospitable. Wouldn't recommend for anyone expecting a premium experience.

    1. Water bottles were dirty, sticky 2. Coffe Cups were dirty powder was inside may previous guest had used but no one bothered to clean before my checkin 3. One cup was broken after request they rwplaced 4. Bed sheets were not changed on next day, same bedsheets were used for both days 5. During my stay at hotel I was surprised that room windows were blocked by rock adjcent to hotel, 6. Right from toothpaste to sahving kit, bathroom slippers, I had to request both days 7. No hand shower, no bucket and mug in washroom 8. Washroom is too compact the shown in images online 9. No shuttle or taxi assitance from hotel you will have to book at your own 10. I had mentioned few special request not even one was fulfilled nor the staff was bothered

    The hotel location is definitely a plus as it is near Mall Road. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff was very hardworking, polite, and supportive throughout the stay. Now coming to the areas which need improvement. Initially, I was offered a room with a damp smell. When I raised the concern, the staff did not hesitate to accept it and mentioned that it happens because the hotel is near the valley. Later, they changed and upgraded my room to one with a balcony, which I appreciated. However, the AC in the upgraded room was not functioning properly. I personally felt either the centralized AC system had issues or the compressor was being switched off during midnight. I have never felt warm in Mussoorie weather before, so this was quite noticeable. There were also small service gaps. The maintenance team kept wet towels in an otherwise fully prepared room, and when fresh towels were requested, they were provided in installments instead of all together. Basic amenities like dental kits and other toiletries were available only on request rather than being pre-placed in the room. Another concern was housekeeping. On the second day, I switched on the “Make My Room” option before leaving, but when I returned in the evening, the room had not been serviced at all. The bathroom size was also very small, and there was no exhaust system in the bathroom. Additionally, I had booked the room for single occupancy, but an extra charge of around ₹4000 was taken for the second adult. Considering that the online rates for double occupancy were comparatively lower, this felt overpriced. Overall, while the location and restaurant team were good, I personally feel the hotel is charging a premium price without matching it consistently in terms of room quality, maintenance, and service standards. A lot of improvement is still required.
