The room was clean, and we upgraded our room during the stay. I would recommend booking an apartment with a kitchen or an Executive Room with a mountain view for a better experience. I would suggest avoiding the Deluxe Rooms, as there was a noticeable smell of moisture in the room. The food quality was good and seemed to be prepared fresh and on demand. However, the service was quite slow, mainly due to the shortage of staff. We had to wait around an hour for the food to be prepared and served. The dinner options were also very limited. There were only two sabzis—Dal Tadka and Kadhai Paneer—along with Tawa Roti and Rice. If dinner is included with your room booking, there are no options for Tandoori Roti or Naan. Overall, the food quality was good, but the limited menu and long waiting time for food are areas where the hotel could improve. With better staffing and faster service, the overall guest experience could be much better

My stay was extremely disappointing. The RO water provided was dirty with visible particles. The bedsheets were unclean and had bed bugs. While the location and parking were advertised, the parking process was poorly managed. Staff moved vehicles themselves according to other guests moving out or moving in and damaged my car, causing scratches. The balcony room offered no view, making it a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel.
