When you book a Hyatt property, you expect service that lives up to the lofty standards of the brand. On that front, this was quite disappointing. The tv apps for otts kept crashing and never worked. We ordered for a sandwich and they sent one without ketchup and when we called to ask,they replied they have run out of ketchup. A Hyatt property that is bereft of something as basic as ketchup. If we were informed at the time of placing order,we would have changed our order accordingly. Later,we asked for some coffee sachets to be delivered for which we had to wait 40 mins after calling up twice. When you're paying a good amount, such little hiccups also tend to spoil the experience.
The rooms, however were typical of the brand. No complaints there. These service level issues will have to be sorted out of they wish to keep their brand standard intact.

The hotel has good location, friendly staff , clean modern rooms and the breakfast is steal of the stay. Excellent food and ambience with good staff.

One thing that did not work for us was that the pool was out of use but no intimation was given
