    Decided on a serviced apartment for my 18 night visit to Mumbai. I found my apartment at Orbit Serviced Apartments to be clean and well appointed . The wifi was reliable and the aircon with ceiling fan a godsend. The apartment had a built in water filtration unit making the water drinkable without any issues whatsoever, which saved the hassle of maintaining a stock of bottled water. Bathroom was modern with great water pressure in the shower and an on-demand instant hot water system so you can never run out of hot water. Staff were very respectful and responsive. The Apartment was located very conveniently and within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and an ATM/Bank. Street appeal at the front of the Apartments is a little atrocious at the moment due to construction of a high rise building across the road, though that didn't concern me as it did not impact upon the quality of my apartment. Given all of this, the cost of my 18 nights was, in my view, exceptional.

    Great Stay with Minor Location Flaws The apartment offered excellent value with spotless cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Facilities were good, providing essential amenities that made the stay comfortable. Its location was convenient for walking, shopping, and transport, though not perfect, which slightly impacted ease of access.

    I would recommend staying at Orbit Serviced Apartments. The property is in a great location, despite the current road works in the area. The property is clean with a lovely interior.

    The stay was quite noisy. Our room was next to the staircase and the janitor’s room, so every time someone opened those doors, we would get startled and think someone was trying to open our door. I understand this isn’t something that can easily be fixed, but it was still a bit uncomfortable. There was also a slight smell in the room, and the air freshener made it feel very chemical and artificial. Considering the price, we could have stayed at Trident Nariman Point instead, but overall this place was okay too.
