Exceptional hotel! Courteous, accommodating and friendly staff. They’re always ready to help. Room was spectacular. Lovely ambience. Breakfast was top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff is friendly, they cater to their occupants as much as they can, and security looks out for their visitors staying on the premises. Restaurants are also very close to the hotel. Below is the few cons to here; Wifi will cut out occasionally but if you inform reception they will do their best to accommodate you. The window doesn't open in the economy room but honestly its not a big deal. Just go to the lobby or the stairwell if you need a view. And finally; I saw someone state bugs being an issue on a review. Truthfully; I've been in hotels before riddled with bugs and this hotel does their best to rid of any insects on the premises. All in all; I'd stay here again. 5*/5* -\M/

Pros- only one restaurant to eat limited option Same 3 star hotels in the vicinity have ample restaurants to offer Room had a concealed covered window which can’t be open I felt very claustrophobic and trapped. In case of fire only one staircase for evacuation there should be 2 exits. During check out the lady at reception charged me more and miscalculated the amount. Lack of food options no view to e hotel has. Cons-Rooms were clean and toilet House keeping staff very friendly and nice Next to hotel lot of places to eat and chill. The only good thing is the location and rooms are clean.
