- The place was very comfortable overall, and we appreciated having two bathrooms.
- The beds were very comfortable, even though the sheets felt a bit older.
- The house is well-equipped — you pretty much have everything you need to use during your stay.
- We were only two people, so having access to both bedrooms was great. One bedroom has two big beds, and the other has one big bed, so the place can easily accommodate 3+ people or two couples. We didn’t even use the living room couch.
- We had an issue with the gas stove not clearly showing whether it was on or off, but Michael, the owner, was extremely responsive, answering every message almost immediately and being very kind.
- The neighbor next door (Unit D), Kris, was fabulous and offered help for anything we needed. He’s a gentleman and made the stay feel safer and more supported.
- As soon as you arrive, there is a very large staircase to reach the living room, and then another staircase to reach the bedrooms. If you have heavy luggage, this is not convenient. If someone in your group cannot use stairs, I do not recommend this property at all.
- The place was clean in general, but some small details stood out — maybe because I’m detail-oriented: The toothbrush glass in the bathroom was very dirty, with old residue. Some of the Teflon pans had old food stuck to them; we had to wash them before use.
- The garage is not wide enough for an SUV, and outside there isn’t much room to maneuver to enter it. The floor also has uneven levels, which makes parking more difficult. Because of all this, we ended up leaving the car outside. The first night, I found the driver’s seat moved and reclined, as if someone had entered or slept in the car. I’m not sure what happened, but it didn’t happen again.
- The neighborhood is described as being full of stores — while there are some, the area itself is very basic and it doesn’t feel particularly comfortable or inviting to walk around alone. Additionally, as soon as you stop at the gas station two blocks away, people may approach you asking for money, which can feel uncomfortable depending on the situation.

Комфортний просторий будинок для родини з трьома дітьми, є гараж. Повністю облаштована кухня, багато рушників і постільної білизни. Затишна і зручна для великої родини кухня-вітальня. До центра Сіетла машиною 20 хвилин.
Маленькі подушки, було не дуже зручно спати. Посуду був необхідний мінімум, але не більше.

The lounge & kitchen area was comfortable with good provisions, good lighting.
Bathroom was well layed out, good space and clean. Good supply of towels.
Very minimal curtain coverage over the windows. Bed comfort was average.
I reserved and paid several days before we flew into Seattle but heard nothing back from booking.com to tell us where to collect the keys, despite emailing the property owner twice. Even after we landed there was nothing. I had to ring the property owner but no answer, although he later rang while I was talking to booking.com.
Having an email from booking.com to say that they only reserve the property, it is our responsibility to contact the property owner, is very disappointing. It seems thst you were willing to take the money but not the responsibility.
