Perfect setup for a group of friends—we could be together in the living room, but we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The view was fantastic and the wash machines were helpful to have.

My grandson, 18 years old, was so taken with the property he kept saying this was how he was going to live after university and he was going to decorate his dorm just like the place. I agree with him, very well appointed and clean.
The rooftop view blew us way !
The location was great. We walked to the U station and took public transportation to downtown, very cheap and efficient.
The stairs, but on the flip side we got a lot of exercise. That was not a bad thing. It was well laid out. Unique property for sure. Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like really, it was all good.
