The space was perfect for what we needed. I used it for recovery from a major surgery. Nice space.

Well-equipped Apartment With Lovely View

The view of the lake is lovely to wake up to in the morning. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped and in a pleasant area. I loved that hair-styling tools were provided. After travelling for nearly a month without any, that was a treat. Thank you for providing a proper kettle to make tea and normal tea bags. (Not everyone drinks coffee!) The washing machine and dryer are nice and big and efficient. The kitchen has a full size fridge and stove and everything you need on holidays.

A bus stop is about a 10 minute walk away, but the location is not near the train.

Excellent place to spend a few nights, or a weeks; did not disappoint

The property is in a great location, with views of the Lake Washington across the street. We had busy itinerary so weren't in the house often, but when we were, we enjoyed it. Place was clean and recently updated, all kitchen utensils were provided, wifi worked like a charm, absolutely great experience

Lovely, all equipped apartment with fast internet and Netflix!

Absolutely self sufficient apartment/house. We spent 5 days here and it just felt like home. There was not a single thing that we did not find in the house. From utensils, to condiments, to snacks, to wine, to cheese, to stationary or ziplocks to Hair curlers, Ray has thought about it all (I got so used to finding everything that I almost wished he had a weighing balance too for my suitcases). The house is very modern, warmly decorated and spacious. Oh, those of you with kids, Ray has gotten plenty of board games and Netflix. I have not seen a better internet connection during all my other home stays. We could only try the Pizza recommendation by Ray from his well compiled list, and it was amazing.This place is a bit of a drive to downtown, but if you have a car and looking for a nice place to stay, this is it!

The host was helpful, friendly, flexible and readily available. The property far exceeded our expectations! He had thought of everything! The views were beautiful - we saw bald eagles! The appartment is very comfortable and spacious. It was a great way to end a trip and to be close to the airport for our flight the next day. Ray is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well appointed and decorated. This was a ery pleasant stay and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

I truly enjoyed our stay! My daughter and I wanted a getaway weekend and this house was perfect. Our host met us to show us around and share the apartments features. Wine and cheese treats were a very nice touch! This home is extremely well appointed, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. I appreciated the individual thermostats and power stations in each room, along with the very comfortable beds, lots of extra linens and the well-equipped kitchen. There is a nice peek view of Lake Washington with a good trail for walking/running. I was initially concerned about the location but found most of our destinations were a max of 20-30 min away, as well as plenty of good restaurants w/in minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Lay over in Seattle

Absolutely exceptional! Very clean and top of the line appliances, linens and furnishings. Owner was nice enough to allow us an early check in so my daughter and grandsons could get some sleep after a 24 hour flight. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Everything you could even think of, was available - and more- ! Best shower since a month ( inkl. Fairmont stay etc!) . Extremely friendly and helpfull Ray! Truly a home away from home. Best B&B ever rented.

Great place to stay for family or couples - clean, great activities, amenities, easy access, view

Stayed here with my 4 adult girls. This was a great place to stay and not far from a lot of activities. The place was very clean and Ray greeted us and provided our entry codes. He also provided some great extras like snacks, cold drinks, laundry detergent, games, etc. The little extra touches go a long way. He had a list of restaurants and activities in the area. There was plenty of space and we had a view of the lake as well as lake access with beach chairs we could use. Plenty of seating for everyone in the kitchen and living room area. Definitely would stay here again.

Our Best Booking Experience so far

Ray is an exceptional host who has gone to great lengths and thought of the tiniest details to make the travelers experience seamless and comfortable. The property is lovely and in an amazing location central to everything. The entire unit is fully stocked (anything you might need, Ray has thought of it, and it's here). He also gave us great recommendations on area restaurants and attractions. He generously left wine, cheese and a snack basket upon our arrival. We hope to return soon. Thanks so much Ray!

Very clean unit ! The host was very friendly and gave us a little tour of the place when we arrived. He was also super responsive to my all questions. They provided a wide selections of snacks for us and even included some wine and cheese and extra water bottles in the fridge. The pull out bed was comfortable and not springy like they normally are.

I wish there was large sheets and blanket for the pull out bed. The host did provide some throws, but they are short and only cover part of your body. Getting to the lake front was a little more complicated than I had hoped for and it seemed like we had to go through some houses that where located right at the lake front and get an ok from the neighbors.

Great little home away from home

Ray is an excellent host who is very responsive to any guest needs or questions. His little touches throughout the home anticipate guest needs. Yes, the home is on a busy through street where the traffic goes faster than the posted speed, however the home itself is very quiet and there is a well-marked crosswalk right out front to walk to the private grassy area to enjoy the lake. There are lake views from the front of the home as well. The kitchen is well-equipped and we prepared meals two or three times during our stay. The gas grill is hard-piped so no need to worry about a propane tank. Having laundry on-site was a big bonus, as was the large outdoor seating area. The home decor, furnishings, and soft-goods (linens, towels, blankets) were very appealing and modern. We would not hesitate to book here again!
