Should guests not rent this apartment there are 2 secured lock off doors and never rented to another guest.

Beautiful home for our family to get together from across the country. The home was true to its listing and the communication with the host before and during the stay was fantastic. Awesome location on the lake for exploring both the city and larger Seattle area.

Really well-kept, high end house. The lakefront views would never get old. The house fit 4 families with young kids very comfortably. Cheryl was awesome to work with as well.

The house and waterfront are beautiful! The whole family enjoyed the view and the deck and patio were great places to gather. There is plenty of space to spread out. We also rented the the downstairs apartment which was especially nice when using the patio at lake level, with the extra kitchen right inside the doors. I brought along our paddleboards and the early morning lake is especially nice for that. Part of the family explored the nearby Kubota park, It is a nice place for a walk. We used the Tukwilla light rail station to ride the 1 line to downtown and UW. Much easier than the finding parking in either place.I would definitely rent this house again for family in Seattle.
