We had a pleasant stay at this property. It appears to be a recently renovated space. The host was responsive, and the unit was clean and spacious, albeit somewhat sterile (all white walls, no artwork). Provided toiletries were high quality. The quirky, mostly industrial neighborhood proved to be safer and more walkable than I had thought it would be. The unit worked for our family of four. The issue with this property that may be a dealbreaker for some others is its proximity to two airports. If you are a light sleeper, be advised that near-constant air traffic may impact your ability to rest. A lack of blackout curtains/blinds adds to this concern. Also, there is no handrail on the small staircase down to the unit. If you have older or mobility-challenged members of your group, this may prove to be a concern.
